加拿大活動: 新劇有禮 -《廉政狙擊》

TVB 新劇《廉政狙擊》超強陣容，開戰邀你入局。加拿大的觀眾都可以緊貼香港收看《廉政狙擊》。藉今次的新劇，我們希望增加與加拿大的觀眾的互動。今次我們會在Facebook上送出3張CAD $25 Amazon Gift Card給加拿大的觀眾。立刻查看以下活動詳情吧！

參加方法及詳情：

由即日起至2023年3月2日，登記成為TVBAnywhere North America 的新會員(現有會員則可跳過此步驟)，並於本帖文留言 Tag 2位朋友及講出你最喜愛哪位《廉政狙擊》的演員。我們將會選出最有心思的3位，每位各會得到CAD $25 Amazon Gift Card一張。得獎者將會透過電郵收到禮品卡。我們將在2023年3月3日於TVBAnywhere North America官方Facebook公佈是次活動的得獎名單。是此活動只限加拿大用戶參加(魁北克省除外)。

活動規則 Terms & Conditions:

活動名稱：新劇有禮 -《廉政狙擊》

獎品：CAD $25 Amazon 禮品卡Gift Card；名額共3 個。

活動日期：2023年2月24日 – 2023年3月2日

參加辦法及活動規則 (How to Join)：

1. 無須消費，以Facebook遊戲形式進行。
2. 參加者須居住在加拿大(魁北克省除外)。
3. 通過【 TVBAnywhere North America官方Facebook】或 【電郵宣傳】看到本活動之宣傳貼文。並完成內文中的步驟：

1）登記成為TVBAnywhere North America的會員，如果已是登記用戶則可省略此步驟。

2）在本活動之宣傳貼文上，標籤2位朋友，並留言說出最喜愛的《廉政狙擊》的演員及原因。

3）閲讀和同意遵守本活動之條文及所有有關本活動的說明，便完成登記。

4. 一個參加者只可以留言一次，及領取獎品一次。 留言多過一次則以第一次留言作準。
5. 獎品是CAD $25 Amazon 禮品卡；名額共3 個。
6. 評審將在2023年3月3日進行，並在同日於TVBAnywhere North America官方Facebook公佈。
7. 我們將會透過TVBAnywhere North America官方Facebook專頁以Facebook messenger與得獎者聯絡，並以核對身份得獎者的註冊電郵。得獎者需於在2023年3月9日之前以同一Facebook 帳戶回覆並確認。
8. 得獎者會在核對身份後的14日內收到附有電子禮品卡的電郵通知。
9. 本活動有條款限制，請仔細閱讀及遵守本活動之「參加辦法  How to Enter」條文、「活動規則  Terms & Conditions」條文及所有有關本活動的說明。

活動條款 Terms & Conditions

1. TVB (USA) Inc. (“TVBUSA”) is the organizer of the “新劇有禮 -《廉政狙擊》” campaign (the “Campaign”).
2. By participating in and/or registering for this Campaign, and/or accepting the prize(s) of this Campaign (the “Participant(s)”), the Participant acknowledges and agrees to all “Terms & Conditions”, the “How to Join”, and all descriptions and instructions of this Campaign stated now and any future updates stated on the TVBAnywhere North America APP/Website and/or email notifications.
3. No purchase necessary. Participants must be legal residents of Canada and 18 years of age or older. Residents of Quebec Province are not included in this Campaign.
4. TVBUSA staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
5. The Campaign Period begins on 2/24/2023 and ends on 3/2/2023 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.
6. Participants may participate in this Campaign by browsing TVBAnywhere North America Facebook or e-Newsletter, and finding the post for this Campaign. Participants must follow the instructions on the post to 1) Register as a new user on TVBAnywhere North America’s website (you may skip it if you are registered), 2) Tag two friends in the post, and 3) Leave a comment stating their favorite actor/actress and reason for their favorite actor/actress in “Mission Run” (廉政狙擊). All valid entries must be completed within the Campaign period.
7. Only one Entry Form for each Participant is allowed, and one Participant can only win one Prize. If there is more than one Entry, only the first entry counts.
8. The result will be announced on 3/3/2023 on the official Facebook page of TVBAnywhere North America.
9. We will contact the winner through Facebook Messenger as the official Facebook page of TVBAnywhere North America to confirm the winner’s registered email address. The winner must confirm their registered email address by using the same Facebook account by March 9th, 2023.
10. The winner will receive an email notification within 14 days after their identity is verified, which includes an electronic gift card.
11. Each winner will receive a CAD $25 Amazon Gift Card.
12. If the Prize is not claimed by the Winner after 3/9/2023, the Winner is deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
13. TVBUSA is not responsible for any undeliverable or lost messages.
14. All Campaign communication, including but not limited to promotion, Campaign updates, administration, and notifications, will be sent to the participant’s email address provided through the Entry Form.
15. TVBUSA has the sole discretion to determine if an entry, registration, or participant is valid or invalid. It will be deemed disqualified without notice if invalid.
16. TVBUSA shall not be responsible for any undeliverable notification.
17. TVBUSA is not responsible for the condition and functionality of the prizes.
18. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
19. Prize recipient is responsible for all taxes if any.
20. The information/data Participants provide is for the use of TVBUSA only.  TVBUSA does not sell, rent or trade such information/data with others.
21. Images shown in any of the promotions, whether in video, on print, online or offline, are for reference only.
22. TVBUSA reserves the rights in its sole discretion to cancel this event or to change any “Terms and Conditions”, “How to Join” and other descriptions and instructions with or without notice.  
23. Whenever there is a discrepancy between English & Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions and all other related descriptions and instructions, the English version shall prevail.
